the jacuzzi looked inviting, but i'm still waiting for someone to actually clean it. the pillows were ridiculously thick, as if they wanted my head to fly off to some faraway place. i expected a free upgrade for all the trouble, but guess that’s too much to ask for here. almost thought about giving them a good review, but just couldn’t.

Microwave failed to heat food properly, and lack of utensils limited kitchenette use. Mouse droppings suggested poor cleanliness, while spider webs and dirt around the entrance created an unwelcoming impression. Notably, the restaurant advertised was closed with a For Sale sign, indicating false advertising.

We had a fantastic stay in the Standard Suite! The room was large and every amenity was at hand. The owner shared awesome tips about local restaurants and shops. It was super clean too, which we appreciated. The laundry facility was a nice bonus for our longer stay. 😊

The location was great for our plans to visit the Lake House and the casino. The owner was welcoming and friendly during check-in. The Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day.

the carpet in the room was a bit worn out. but we enjoyed the fresh waffles at breakfast! the room had two TVs, which was a fun surprise. and the location made it easy to visit the beach.

Just a nice choice for a short break in Sylvan Beach with good value. The heater in the room worked perfectly even during the cold night. Be sure to ask for extra blankets if you're chilly.
